A blend from five distilleries, including Dufftown and Port Dundas, was aged in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in rye casks, for a Scotch whisky full of American bourbon and spicy rye character. This is a litre bottle of the stuff, which is a great sipper, but also works rather well in a Scotch twist on a Manhattan.
