Magformers Extreme Racer Set The Magformers Extreme Racer is a new 42-piece magnetic construction kit for making racing cars and superbikes using 33 special magnetic shapes and accessories. It includes two driver cockpits, special transforming wheels and two removable race driver characters, plus there are 12 Magformers squares, eight triangles, two diamonds and trapezoids, six isosceles triangles, two super rectangles and a super arch. The set has been designed so two vehicles can be made at any one time – or children can supersize their builds into a single giant vehicle. Magformers magnetic shapes always securely attach. Pieces are made from a specially-toughened ABS plastic and small neodymium magnets are safely sealed in the edges of each piece. Because these magnets spin - due to the Magformers Rotating Magnets System (RMS) - they always connect and never repel when two pieces are brought together.
