75cl / 55.8% - A five-year-old straight rye whiskey from Peerless Distilleing Co. that was matured in a single barrel, chosen by head distiller Caleb Kilburn. Aromas of sweet apples, crushed peanuts, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and toffee fill the nose, complemented by notes of baked apples, toasted hazelnuts, charred oak, white pepper, stem ginger, lime zest, green herbs, blossom honey, orange and toffee popcorn throughout the palate.
