Culture: Easy to grow. Sow April-June outdoors (4-10 weeks maturity). High in potassium and calcium.Sowing and growing - Sow thinly direct into finely raked, warm, moist, weed-free soil at a depth of 6-13 mm covering the seed lightly. Thin resulting seedlings to 20 cm between plants. Use the thinning in the salad bowl. Water well during spells of dry weather to prevent plants running to seed (bolting).
