Joseph Joseph's Elevate™ range of kitchen utensils and knives are designed for more hygienic food preparation that creates less mess. Each tool has an innovative weighted handle with an integrated tool rest, ensuring that, when an Elevate™ utensil is placed down, its head is always raised up and doesn't drip on the work surface. These Elevate™ knives are all made from high-quality Japanese stainless steel with comfortable ergonomic handles that are easy and firm to hold, even when wet. This set has three knives, each with its own protective storage sheath: a 6.5 (16.5cm) chef's knife, a 4.5 (11cm) serrated knife and a 3.5 (9cm) paring knife for precision cutting and dicing. In support of the government initiative to tackle knife crime, we're no longer selling kitchen knives online, so please visit our shops. We have removed kitchen knife stock from the shop floor in all of our stores and replaced them with point-of-sale hang cards to ensure the safety of our Partners and customers. Customers must select the hang card of the required kitchen knife and show a Partner who will assist in obtaining the item from the stockroom.
