The 2 finger gymnastic grips cover enough of your palm to protect your hands without being intrusive or affecting your grip. They will protect your palms from rips and tears whilst performing gymnastic type movements on pulp bars and rings and also whilst using the barbell. Made from cloth, they are designed to withstand sweat, friction from rubbing and won't harden from perspiration. You can wash them, definitely chalk them and wear them during an entire WOD. They are soft and will not interfere with your performance. Useful for: PullUps, Toes To Bar, Knees To Elbows, Kettlebell Swings and general barbell work. Sizing and fit To size, cut with a pair of sharp scissors in an upwards direction first before the cut towards the bottom. This will avoid oversizing the hole. It will stretch over time.
