Produced from solid aluminium with CNC-machined edges for greater accuracy, it's a robust and durable piece of equipment. The lipped edges give a positive location against the timber. The white on black, laser etched markings on both sides are clear and easy to read. The vertical edge has markings up to 180mm, the hypotenuse is marked in degrees from zero to 90° from the corner pivot point. Notches along the long side allow quick marking of parallel lines at 5mm intervals. In addition, there is a scale for the accurate marking out of cuts on common, hip and valley rafters, should you decide to build a roof.
